To help our team secure your preferred vehicle category quickly, please follow these smart rental planning tips:

1. Double Check Your Times:

Our self-drive rental calendars operate on a strict 24-hour cycle. Picking up at 10:00 AM and dropping off at 1:00 PM on the next day counts as a 2-day rental period.

2. Prepare Your Documents:

We require your original Driving Licence and Aadhaar/Passport. All documents must be issued under the name of the designated primary driver.

3. Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit is payable upon delivery. This is fully returned after checking the vehicle for tolls, speed limits, or body scratches.

1. Form Submission & WhatsApp Link

Once you click submit, your dates and preferred car are placed into a WhatsApp enquiry for our booking desk.

2. Document Verification (Takes 5 Mins)

Our reservation desk will confirm calendar availability for your preferred car. You will be asked to share photos of your Driving Licence and Aadhaar/Passport over WhatsApp for easy verification.

3. Booking Confirmation

After document verification and payment confirmation, our booking desk will send the pickup coordinates or confirm your nearby delivery request details.

What documents are valid for booking verification?

We accept a valid Indian Driving Licence (DL) along with a Government-issued Aadhaar Card or Indian Passport. For international travellers, we require an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside a valid national licence and passport copy.

Is there a cancellation or date-modification fee?

Date modifications are free if requested at least 48 hours before your booking start, subject to calendar availability. Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy page for detailed refund structures.
